Home | What Is Service-Learning? | LA Service-Learning Partnership | Training & Technical Assistance | Resources | Calendar | Contact Us
The Los Angeles Service-Learning Partnership was established in 2003 to respond to the California Department of Education’s vision that 50% of all school districts will include service-learning as part of their regular instructional practice, engaging students in at least one service-learning experience at each grade span (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12).
The network provides support, training, and technical assistance to build capacity for school-based service-learning among schools, colleges, businesses, and community-based organizations throughout Los Angeles County.
The members of this partnership, listed below, continue to work together to bring service learning to all young people in Los Angeles County. Please contact them to learn more about what they do and how they can help you implement successful service-learning projects.
